The endeavour of every individual at Polyfab (formerly Polycrimpers) and it's sister
company Polydrape is to bring forth that rich feeling of worthiness within ourselves,
proud in the knowledge that our strong efforts in creating fine products are adding value
and enriching peoples lives.


Established in 1982 by Mr. Sundar Golani, we are a family owned textile yarn and fabric
company that has at their helm a strong technically qualified management. This has
been key in the reputation we have earned as a company that thrive on new product
development and challenges.


We are proud of the fact that we have had the privilege of introducing various new product
concepts to the Indian textile sector. We were one of the first to introduce the Polyester Taspa
(Slub) yarn range at our inception nearly 3 decades ago and this product is still being


More recently we have been pioneers in introducting and are to this date the only producers
of Knit De-knit (KDK) yarns in India. We supply this yarn extensively to the domestic and
international Raschel Knitting industry amongst others.


Also notable is our venture in 2004 to diversify into Fabric manufacturing, equipped with
state-of-the-art Waterjet Looms along with our in-depth knowledge and in-house production of
speciality yarns we are proud to have worked with some of the largest Indian brands
and to have worked on some of the most technically challenging of fabrics.


Our top-level management comprises of:

• Mr. Sundar Golani has founded this company in 1982 equipped with a strong
  technical background and a lot of goodwill. Academically he has done his Bachelors in Textile
  Engineering (B.Text) from the prestigious Baroda University and is also a Fellow of the Institute
  of Engineers (FIE). He has worked extensively in diverse roles ranging from Scientist at the
  Synthetic and Arts Silk Mills Association (SASMIRA) to heading production facilities at various mills.
  He also is part of the board of SASMIRA and has been part of the advisory council for the VJTI
  college. Currently he also functions as a Chartered Engineer.
• Mr. Dinesh Golani Academically qualified with a Diploma in Textile Engineering
  (LTM) from the prestigious college of VJTI, he heads the fabric division of the organization. His
  technical prowess in understanding fabric and the importance of high quality yarns in weaving
  a good fabric helps us maintain the quality standards we have earned a reputation for.
• Mr. Jatin Golani Academically qualified with a Diploma in Textile Engineering
  (LTM) from the prestigious college of VJTI, he heads the yarn division of the organization. He
  also works as a Linux/IT consultant and open source evangelist and brings his IT skills towards the
  benefit of the organization.
